Trans Canada Store Supplies was founded in 1977, servicing grocery stores, bakeries and meat shops with equipment and packaging. The business evolved over the years to meet the growing demands of the customers.

In 1999, owner Joe Laplante expanded the business to include a restaurant supply division, which resulted in a name change to Trans Canada Store and Restaurant Supplies. Being a member of the Restaurant Equipment Distributors of Canada (RED) allows the business to provide competitive pricing and a wider range of products.
